The guide provided insightful commentary about the history, art and artists as we visited various galleries within the museum. Her remarks in English were very understandable and easy to hear with the whisper headsets our group wore during the 90-minute tour. Our guide readily answered questions during the tour. Being on the tour at the opening 10:00 am time of the Museum allowed us to avoid the long line for admission. The meeting place for the beginning of the tour was easy to find.Peristera

Despite I have booked the tour in English the actual tour was in English Spanish language. That was the only défaut! Ticket reservation was very easy and our guide Miguel kind and knowledgeable about the museum, he gave us a lot of useful information and made the tour very interesting. Overall it was a very good experience!Manuel

A Day at the Prado: A Tour with Helena This year, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the best guided tours I’ve ever attended. Visiting the Prado Museum in Madrid is always a highlight, but having Helena as our guide took it to an entirely new level. Helena’s knowledge of the museum’s collection was impressive. She brought the works of Velázquez, Goya, and Bosch to life with stories that were both fascinating and engaging. Her ability to explain the nuances of each painting, from the political undertones of Las Meninas to the surreal details of The Garden of Earthly Delights, kept everyone hooked. But what set her apart was her entertaining style. Helena didn’t just recite facts; she made the history feel alive. Her humor and passion for the art were infectious, and she encouraged questions and discussions, making the experience interactive and fun. It wasn’t just a tour; it was a journey through history, culture, and art. If you’re planning to visit the Prado, I can’t recommend Helena enough. She turned what could have been an ordinary museum visit into the best cultural experience I’ve had this year.Dr

Nice guide . She was very patient BUT It was a bit confusing where they would start. It was indicated 12:50 at Goya manoument but at 13:10 somebody showed up after I called Another big issue : we booked at 11:00 and the night before they let us know they moved us to 13:00 which messed up our plans. And I booked a city tour with the same company and they cancelled it less than one hour before starting!
