Everything was absolutely amazing except the audio part. It was too confusing. I thought my purchased ticket covered the audio, but it didn't. I downloaded the audio, not once, but twice and it didn't work. Otherwise, our trip there was Amazing!! We loved it. I saw the Mona Lisa in person! Beautiful museum!Maria
