Our tour guide was very informative and pleasant. We used headsets but thankfully rarely needed them. The museum is about what poland was like during the war. Great knowledge and displays created this visual awareness and sense. Lots to take in.Michael

Experience was informative the only downside to the day was the fact that while we were in a guided tour other people were on their own and was walking past us as well as talking which was disconcerting while trying to listen to the guide. As always time is a issue and it felt a bit rushed. But the guide was really good and made the day really enjoyableChatelain

Our guide, Zofia (Sofia?), was great! Without speeding up the tour, she focused on the main points and told lots of anecdotes! She was always available to answer our questions, and made the connection with our previous visits! As for the rooms, they're magnificent and provide a real immersion in Krakow before and during WWII! A very interesting visit, but above all thanks to our guide!View original review in French
