The chateau is beautiful and well tended to. The town is absolutely wonderful. The place perfectly captures the beauty and atmosphere we tend to think of in connection to France.
The art collection at the chateau includes some beautiful pieces, stained glass windows, a couple of Raphaels and thousands of manuscripts. The last duke's spirit lives in every room of his home.

It was very quiet we could walk very easely trough the gate.
Visiting the castle was nice
The parking lot was a drama.
It declined my bankpass and creditcard several times, after about 15 times it finally accepted my creditcard.
But afterall it was worth the trip.

Bardzo miła wizyta w zamku. Może brakowało nam informacji, że musimy iść pieszo z dworca kolejowego do zamku, nie było to jasne. Reszta była w porządku.
