To był fajny dzień z Adrianem. Ma dużą wiedzę na temat pałacu i obszarów, które odwiedziliśmy. Wykonał dobrą robotę rozmawiając w 2 językach przez cały dzień!

Przewodnik był poprawny. Myślę, że wyjaśnienia były więcej niż wystarczające. Na początku wizyty panuje ogromny chaos, dopóki nie zdecydują, kto wsiada do którego autobusu. Byliśmy w 4 osoby, w jednym autobusie powiedzieli nam, że tam nie wsiądziemy. To był inny autobus. W końcu kazali nam wsiąść do tego autobusu. Ale wszyscy już wsiedli i musieliśmy ich posadzić na ostatnich miejscach, gdzie przestrzeń jest wyjątkowo niewygodna. Ponadto pozwolili parom, które podróżowały razem, siedzieć w różnych rzędach. Na siedzeniu przy oknie. Podsumowując, bardzo słaba organizacja. To doświadczenie zapowiadało wizytę w Quinta da Regalería, do której jednak nie doszło.

A guia Daniela tem muito conhecimento e passa todas as informações de modo calmo e tranquilo. Está sempre atenta e respeita as particuliaridades de cada um. Preocupa-se com o bem estar de todos, sejam ciranças ou idosos. O passeio foi excepcional bela beleza da natureza e edificações, mas quem fez toda a diferença foi a guia Daniela. Nota 10 para essa guia.

The tour was really good and we had a really good tour guide who kept the group engaged and on time. Our only complaint about the experience was that the description said we were going to visit Quinta Da Regaleira and we did not go there. Would have been a 5/5 but giving a 4 as we did not visit the Quinta and it was something we really wanted to do.

It was super convenient being chartered around to the top sights. Our guide was super friendly, and knowledgeable. The only thing that brought this from a 5 star to 4 is the confusion with the bus when we got to Pena Palace. Because our group was so large, we had to split it into two groups. The first group of 25 was able to fit on the bus, but our group of 17, was asked to walk since it would likely be another 30 minutes until the next bus. It wasn't a big deal for most of us, but there were some on the trip who struggled with the climb, and our guide didn't slow down. When we got to the top, I had to insist we wait for the other members of our group. The whole thing was a bit chaotic and unorganized. I think it would have made sense to prioritize those with mobility issues first, and ensure they had a spot on the bus first. I also think it would have been nice if our guide had told us there were no bathrooms during the 45 minute tour of Pena Palace, and provide time for us to use it beforehand.
