Byłem jedynym turystą, który się pojawił. Andreana była jednak bardzo profesjonalna i dokładna podczas tej wycieczki tylko dla jednej osoby. Jej wiedza i dogłębność sprawiły, że ta wycieczka była bardzo przyjemna i edukacyjna. Pałac, jego tło historyczne i widok są wyjątkowe i fascynujące. Gorąco polecam tę wycieczkę.

Wycieczka była dobrze zorganizowana, a nasz anglojęzyczny przewodnik, Mary Ann, był znakomity. Jedynym małym problemem były niejasne instrukcje dotyczące miejsca spotkania z przewodnikiem. Dzięki

Sama wycieczka była w porządku, jednak przewodniczka nie była widoczna. Musieliśmy zapytać, gdzie iść, a ochrona wskazała, gdzie powinniśmy być i kto jest naszym przewodnikiem. Nie wzięła pod uwagę fizycznej zdolności nikogo do chodzenia pod górę. Zaczęła iść pod górę, kiedy musiałem wskazać, że moja mama ma kontuzję kostki i będzie potrzebować autobusu. Następnie zatrzymała grupę na kolejne kilka minut, podczas gdy inny członek wycieczki zakończył osobistą rozmowę. Wycieczka odjechała z 15-minutowym opóźnieniem. Była kompetentna i miła, ale początkowo mogła się lepiej komunikować / angażować.

We were very fortunate, Able to drive up get parking close, The guided was well worth it, Learning the backstories and moving through quickly, Our guide was fantastic, only downside was a light mist of rain and a fog, We also went back into Sintra ang ad dinner at a great tapas place by the railway, Cant wait to come back to portugal and see the other sights nearby there

Loved the tour and the information. Don't love the meet up directions. All of us were confused by the directions sent to us and where we were supposed to meet the guide. Who the guide was - a name would have been nice and also some kind of identifier on his/her person. We were there the 30 minutes early and thought someone might have been there at that time to greet us - if we even knew where that should have been. We almost left to go up to the palace with the idea maybe that was the meeting location. Please fix this in the future and you will be solid.
