We liked the tour in general, but the gondolier was very serious and didn't interact. We missed a warm welcome from him. Otherwise everything was very good. The location wasn't that difficult to find, we followed the instructions on the app itself. The girls who welcomed us were great and charismatic. We missed having a guide who spoke Portuguese. In my group alone, there were 4 Brazilians and next to us there were 4 more Brazilians.

Buying tickets is easy. Even with the very hot weather and long walks everything was incredible. A beautiful and charming city. Super friendly and kind Gondoliers. The canals are spectacular. A romantic place. My dream come true

The location was easy to find. The person who activated the tickets was pleasant enough while giving instructions. We enjoyed the ride itself despite the extremely hot day. I believe the gondolier was upset at first saying "Non supporto " couldn't understand the rest of it because he was muttering. I imagine being under the sun for so long could be upsetting but it was uncomfortable for us too to see him upset. Later during the ride he softened up a bit a made a few jokes. We laughed. We tried to share chips and he requested we not do that to avoid esta on the gondola. He handled the gondola very nicely, better than others and corrected them as we went along. To make it better, perhaps provide a small waiting section with seats for this disabled and breaks for the gondoliers

We had an incredible experience with our gondola ride in Venice. Booking the tour was easy and the directions to the meeting point were very easy to follow. Elisabeth was a wonderful guide who led us through the little side streets of Venice to the starting point of our gondola ride and gave us lots of interesting information about the city. She also made the tour very personal as she is originally from Venice and was therefore able to answer many questions. The whole excursion was rounded off with a VR experience of historic Venice. We can highly recommend this experience in Venice!

The tour through the city market prior to the tour was informative. The virtual reality tour was amazing, showing the old Venice, what a great way to see the old city.. only con was the ride itself, it was short and we got on near San Marco so we didn't see any of the main hightlights like Rialto bridge, or bridge of sighs.. when booking it make it seem like we would, but it was a quick ride, which was amazing cause your on a gondola in Venice, but I I wouldn't use this company again as I feel like we were short changed by the route the gondola took and the fact no one told us we wouldn't see any of the highlight bridges. I can't say I would recommend this company, instead I would say just pick a gondola near the attraction(bridges) you want to see cause this one take you down the grand canal for 2 seconds then some random small canals.

Please note that this is a shared tour with other guests not belonging to the same party and is not a private gondola ride. Each gondola can host a maximum of 5 people.
The seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on the guest’s weight.
The ride will only be canceled in case of extreme weather conditions or a gondolier strike.
