Important Information

Abiding by local regulations, both eSIMs and physical SIMs necessitate obligatory in-person KYC verification.
The customer must present their original passport and UAE Visa copy. SIM card can only be issued to a person 18 years of age and above.
Only 1 SIM card can be activated using 1 passport.
Enjoy UAE-wide 5G/4G network coverage on your vacation. The service is provided using local UAE eSIM cards, with local customer support.
UAE laws do not permit VoIP services – so only WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. chat is available –video & voice calling facilities from the apps are currently not allowed.
Choice of eSIM/physical SIM can be made at the time of collection.

How to Get Your SIM Card?

The SIM card can only be delivered and activated in-store.
Obtain your SIM card from Etisalat outlets: Dubai Int'l Airport (T1, T2 & T3), Abu Dhabi Airport (Terminal 1), Sharjah Airport arrivals, or city locations.
The sim card can be collected from kitmytrip store on T3.
During SIM activation, present the original Passport and UAE Visa copy.
Activation requires the presence of passport holder.
