• The customer must present their original passport and UAE Visa copy. SIM card can only be issued to a person 18 years of age and above.

• Only 1 SIM card can be activated using 1 passport.

• UAE laws do not permit VoIP services – so only WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. chat is available –video & voice calling facilities from the apps are currently not allowed.

How to Get Your SIM Card?

• The SIM card can only be delivered and activated in-store.

• Obtain your SIM card from Etisalat outlets: Dubai Int'l Airport (T1, T2 & T3), Abu Dhabi Airport (Terminal 1), Sharjah Airport arrivals, or city locations.

• The sim card can be collected from kitmytrip store on T3.

• During SIM activation, present the original Passport and UAE Visa copy.

• Activation requires the presence of passport holder.
