Machine at the San Marco stop didn't work for our credit card so we bought our 7 day passes on line. The system worked great with Google maps (though our usual stop for the hotel was closed for a couple days and Google didn't notice).

The experience was easy and pleasant. We tooked also the lines to the islands. Eveything is well informed. The only thing we reget is that SanMarco is marked as Zacharia in big letters and getting back from Burano we stayed on the waterbus and went in the wro g direction instead of the Gran Canal...our fault of course but we love the waterbus of Venice ! Thank you

I took a tour to Morano Burrano and torcheli. Unfortunately I missed the tour boat from torcheli to burrano. Thankfully I had my vapareto three day water pass and was able to use it to get to Burano to catch the rest of my tour.

I would have liked to give it an "excellent", but unfortunately there was an ACTV strike on one day. Since you agree to waive any claims for compensation when the ticket is issued (otherwise you won't get a ticket despite paying), it's actually a gag contract. Apart from that, everything went perfectly - no complaints at all.

Available in 1, 2, 3 and 7-day variants, you can choose the one that suits your stay, plans and get going around Venice; economically and comfortably.

Seamless activation

Firstly, print your confirmation voucher that you will recieve right after your purchase is approved. The voucher comes with a unique PNR code, which must be displayed when requested.
You can collect your pass by with the PNR code at any of the ACTV automatic ticket machines or at one of the Points of Sale and Collection spots.
The pass is valid for the number of days you selected and starts from the moment they are validated.
You can use your pass anytime within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Know before you go

Additional information

Included in the price of the ticket is the transport of 1 luggage piece, the three dimensions of which must not exceed the sum of 150cm.
Be prepared for some delays, especially during busy peak hours and high seasons.
ACTV/AVM validity period starts when the ticket is used for the first time once purchased.

How to Use Your Tickets

You will receive an ACTV Public Transport Services Voucher via email. Exchange this at the Venezia Unica ticket office at Piazzale Roma and redeem a paper ticket with your voucher. You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.
