There was no queue line when we arrived for our scheduled time slot. We enjoyed seeing the well and touring the grounds.

Everything went very well. The quinta itself is a labyrinth, but you can still find your way around with the guide. The good thing is that you can visit the quinta at your own pace.

Spectacular house, chapel, tower and gardens! So much to see. Plan to spend at least 2 hours there. Make sure to book early before all the timings get booked up!

The guide was hwlpfyl in giving us tips on what to see. However there was confusion about where to meet and what time our ticket was for. There waa no audio guide. We felt we paid too much above the official price and so didn't get value for our money.

It's recommended to wear comfortable shoes as this experience involves a fair amount of walking.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that drones, suitcases, trolleys, large backpacks, and luggage are not allowed in this experience.
Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
Shutterbugs, take note: Tripods and flash photography are a no-go inside the venue.

Accessibility

The palace and the gardens are accessible for wheelchairs, with ramps and elevators. However, due to their historic nature, some areas may be challenging to access.
Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.
