Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Elevator with Seine River Cruise

The guide was very nice, we were worried because we were about 7 minutes late but she waited until 20 minutes so that we were all there. She explained the procedure and the history of the eiffel tower. We also had passes for the top floor and she showed us perfectly how to go up and down. Everything went very well!

Good experience, but they forgot to give me our boat ride tickets. We had to go back to the office, and pick them up from another kiosk that was still open.

Everything was very good, the guide was excellent, he did his job very well! We were impressend about the whole tour and the top of the tower amazing vieuw from Paris

Presleigh was so informative and interesting. Her extensive knowledge really added to the experience at the Eiffel Tower. The river cruise was slso very good, though the commentary could use a little polish. It was rather basic. We did enjoy being having the flexibility to take the trip whenever we wanted.

The info from the guide and the crew in the beginning where good, nice info on the tower and some light humour made it great. Leonardo (like the ninja Turtle ;)) was a great guy full of awesome details and anekdotes, a true prof in his trade. Perhaps more like Davinci then the Ninja Turtle then ;) It was a great experience.

The punctuality! Our guide to the tower was excellent! The tour of the sign was short I was hoping it would be longer.

Informative guidance by Ricardo. Great to skip the line. Superb views from the top. Glad we went to the summit. Did the boat ride the next day. A good package.

The experience was great. Both the guided tour of the Eiffel Tower with Leo who explained everything perfectly and the boat ride on the Seine.

What I liked the most was that there were no time limits and you could enjoy the space without running around. They were very cordial and kind.

Masha gave a very interesting and informative tour. The coordination of the group was flawless. She impressed us with her detailed knowledge.

Tour to the top of the summit with breathtaking views of the city. I recommend going at sunset time when the lights of the tower start to come on. Very knowledgeable guide who told us some anecdotes regarding the construction of the tower, Mr. Eiffel and some engravings.

Excellent, experienced and very personable tour guide, Catalina, who knew how best to negotiate the queue and also provided us with interesting historical info out the Eiffel Tower. Her warnings of pickpockets and other scams was much appreciated.

Our tour guide was professional & on time. She was informative & enjoyable. She made it seem like it was easy to go up the Eiffel Tower.

It was great to climb to the top. Although it was raining and suddenly the fog made it difficult to see. I would do it again

The experience was very nice. To see the Eiffel Tower up close and personal was amazing. The only thing I didn't like very much is that the tour didn't seem to organized. We're not from Paris so we arrived 3 mins late due to road closures. And then they didn't offer a grace period for arrival. Then we had to walk to try and find the guide which we didn't know how he looked and he wasn't answering the phone. However we did end up finding him. And he was a big help so were thankful for that. Overall great experience.

We enjoyed this tour, learning many little facts from the guide, Pepe, about the tower and other interesting points around it. We also appreciated the short line going up the tower. We liked the time flexibility on getting on the river cruise as we could stay up the tower as long as we wanted it.

After missing our time slot due to traffic and navigational problems you very kindly managed to rearrange for us so that we didn't miss out... you went above beyond for us and we're so so grateful!! Great tour, great guide, fantastic experience with you guys!! Thanks x

The guide very friendly and all the service ok but I had requested a guide in Spanish . There were about 10 people who also requested the guide in Spanish.

The guide is a genius Daniel his name everything is faster! The cruise I have spent more or less but the tower was really incredible.

Raphael the guide was fantastic... he shared a lot of historical information, he was very accommodating. Loved the experience!
