Smooth boat ride. Awesome bus trip around the island. Tour guide was informative, refreshing & funny. He was very knowledgeable. The island was clean. Just a shame the train wasn't running. Very worth the trip. Thanks Rottnest ❤️Daryl

Ticketing was a Little cumbersome .... as we were traveling with friends who wanted to get on the same tour but they were unable as they were booked out .... but talking to the agent at the dock we were able to get on a later guided tour .... unable to do on website But Richard our guide was fantastic and very relaxed about his presentation which we thoroughly enjoyedDavid

When I arrived I had a booking reference through Headout. It was not coming up in the system. The lady at the booking desk could not have been more helpful and ended up booking me in without additional charge. She then subsequently rung me to assure me that they had worked out what had gone wrong and she would sort it out. Great customer service.Frances
