What to bring

• Back-of-house areas require guests to wear covered footwear.

What's not allowed

• The following items are not allowed in Dolphin Island: handphones, wallets, jewellery, and other accessories. Small lockers are provided.

• No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium and Dolphin Island.

Accessibility

• Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair. Ocean Dome can be accessed by the lift located along the back of the Ocean Gallery.

• The back-of-house area is not accessible for those using wheelchairs, prams/strollers or crutches.

Additional information

• Please note that entry to Typhoon Theatre is not included. Tickets to Typhoon Theatre can only be purchased directly from the venue.

• Operating hours: 10am to 5pm.

• Dolphin Encounter Experience is subject to change given prevailing weather conditions.

• Inform the guide in prior of any dietary restrictions for the complimentary refreshments provided as part of the VIP experience.

• Aquarist Lab experience is for children aged 4 and above only.

• Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals (within 30mins) may miss certain components.
