Dubai for first-timers

So good! Very hot and professional photos are $150aed, and drinks are around 20-45aed loved the experience was very beautiful

Beautiful view, it's a must to do in Dubai even though it's a bit expensive (especially for the sunset time). But nice that you can stay as long as you want !

The views that we observed of Dubai were amazing. It is a must see for anyone visiting Dubai. However we paid the extra because the description for this ticket said we would bypass the crowds also skip the queues for the security check and the queues for the elevator. This was far from the truth we were part of a crowd and had to queue for everything. Once in the elevator that's where the escorted tour ended we were left to do our own thing and had to find our own way around. Including how to go to the next floors and then how to exit the building. The spectacular views made it a good experience.

Headout was our easy and secure way to discover possibilities for outings in Dubai and the purchase and delivery of the tickets easy. Jumeira Palm wax not very busy during our visit. That helped to make ot a good experience in spite of cloudy skies hiding the sunset from us

So the show happened every 30 mins in evening. Better to attend between 7:20 and 9:15. Lightings are better, music is nice and almost all food restaurants are ready to be occupied so when you click photograph, you will see lot of flashes. Lake is good and fun ride.

Our family had a fantastic experience with 360 Tours during our Dubai city tour. Our guide, Ali, was professional, humble, and respectful, making the day smooth and enjoyable. He took us to amazing attractions like the Museum of the Future, Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Frame, souks, and Al Seef, while providing plenty of photo stops and keeping us hydrated with drinking water throughout the tour. It was fantastic and especially the safari and the guide Mr Mohammed alias commando is an excellent and caring person who took us to safari as a family friend and he needs an appreciation. Excellent person and a good human. Our wishes and blessings to him!🤝🎉🌺🙌

The best part was the Islamic Art Museum we visited! I bought a beautiful carpet art piece and adore it. The tour of Old Dubai was fantastic and illuminating. It was great to see the non-tourist parts of Dubai. It completed the whole trip. The only downside was that our chauffeur from our hotel to the tour bus was really bad. He didn't have his own cell signal and asked a passenger to share his mobile hotspot so he could use his phone's navigation. He was also driving carelessly and may have caused multiple accidents if the passengers didn't scream out. He also didn't speak much English, so it was hard to communicate with him. He seemed new, so maybe he needs more practice or needs to be much more careful, or else someone could get hurt! The trip would have been 5 stars but for that ride. Thanks for an otherwise wonderful experience!! Rafik was the best!!

Ticketing experience was good , easy to book with discount. We went in sept and weather was not that bad . View is great from the top.

About Headout everything went very good, the only thing that can be improved is the location details that was not pointing to the correct place. The right location is the station from Amazon Tours near the Imagine Show.

Ideal way to tour the city of Dubai. The buses ran regularly, audio tour very good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would use again.

Ferrari world is the best! Our tour guide is helpful and polite. We start the day by visiting Miraj and Sheik Zayed Mosque and the Ferrari World ending the day with visiting Baps Hindu Mandir. Keep up the good work.

It was easy to locate the store and the moment I showed him the QR code, the representative immediately got to work on getting my sim ready. He explained to me how the plan works and also helped me install the network provider's app to monitor my usage and balance. He went out of the way even to guide me on how to get to my destination and helped me on the process of getting nol card. Overall an awesome experience.

AC not adequate. Seat belt broken. Safety rail for stairs broken away. Time on brochure stated 10am however staff member at check in stand told us 9.30! Rather expensive.

I loved the activities and the guide and driver they were very helpful, polite and welcoming. I just loved the experience, it is because of tourist are less in summer

it is a new journey but the thing that i did not like it is i feel iam lost in the dark i dont know which room plus the people thier not all of them are smiling and welcoming the people alot of complicated things i could not understand anyway thanks .
