The experience and view at 124 and 125tg floor could only be experienced and not described. It was breath taking and beautiful

The skip-the-line feature both going up and down was a pleasure. Cappuccino with the Burj Khalifa motif was both delicious and picture worthy. Paul (our server) was very attentive and not only took our pictures, but led us around to an empty couch in the less visited lounge area of 148. He offered to do a video of us, that turned out pretty amusing and a great perk!

We took the Fastrack ticket to Level 52 and 54. There was a long queue which we skipped because of Fastrack. We even skipped the elevator line because of Fastrack. 54th floor is far better than 52nd floor. Worth the experience. There is no high glass between you and the view in 54th floor. Glass railing is just above your waist. Fast-track people were treated as VIP. Staff were great and helpful. Please reach before time as monorail takes a lot of time to come and reach the metro station.

Our family had a fantastic experience with 360 Tours during our Dubai city tour. Our guide, Ali, was professional, humble, and respectful, making the day smooth and enjoyable. He took us to amazing attractions like the Museum of the Future, Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Frame, souks, and Al Seef, while providing plenty of photo stops and keeping us hydrated with drinking water throughout the tour. Very peaceful ride along with scenic views Just dont get confused finding the redemption point. To get the tickets from the voucher go to at the top ticket counter and scan the code to get tickets printed. Post that head out to the abra ride ticket counter near the lake.

It was fantastic and especially the safari and the guide Mr Mohammed alias commando is an excellent and caring person who took us to safari as a family friend and he needs an appreciation. Excellent person and a good human. Our wishes and blessings to him!🤝🎉🌺🙌

The best part was the Islamic Art Museum we visited! I bought a beautiful carpet art piece and adore it. The tour of Old Dubai was fantastic and illuminating. It was great to see the non-tourist parts of Dubai. It completed the whole trip. The only downside was that our chauffeur from our hotel to the tour bus was really bad. He didn't have his own cell signal and asked a passenger to share his mobile hotspot so he could use his phone's navigation. He was also driving carelessly and may have caused multiple accidents if the passengers didn't scream out. He also didn't speak much English, so it was hard to communicate with him. He seemed new, so maybe he needs more practice or needs to be much more careful, or else someone could get hurt! The trip would have been 5 stars but for that ride. Thanks for an otherwise wonderful experience!! Rafik was the best!!

Ticketing experience was good , easy to book with discount. We went in sept and weather was not that bad . View is great from the top.

About Headout everything went very good, the only thing that can be improved is the location details that was not pointing to the correct place. Ideal way to tour the city of Dubai. The buses ran regularly, audio tour very good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would use again.

Let me start with it by saying that Abu dhabi tour was really worth it. From hotel to destination and back. It was not boring one. Until you are tired and sleepy 🤣. While booking the tickets i was little worried that how's it's gonna be. But I must say my tour guide kamran Ahu make it more interesting by elaborating everything. Thank you kamran Ahu. It was easy to locate the store and the moment I showed him the QR code, the representative immediately got to work on getting my sim ready. He explained to me how the plan works and also helped me install the network provider's app to monitor my usage and balance. He went out of the way even to guide me on how to get to my destination and helped me on the process of getting nol card. Overall an awesome experience.

Nice trip! To recommend for the 1st day to get a clear overview of Dubai. The tour by night was nice but a lot of traffic jams. Staff was very kind.

it is a new journey but the thing that i did not like it is i feel iam lost in the dark i dont know which room plus the people thier not all of them are smiling and welcoming the people alot of complicated things i could not understand anyway thanks .
