Olivia's stories and description of events were very thorough. I asked several questions, and she knew the answer to all of them. The audio devices provided worked well, and when they didn't fit one of the kids, she had an alternate option. Overall, a very good experience and we would do it again.

My 6- and 8-year-old children and I took a family tour of the Château de Versailles, including the gardens. The guide was able to interest both young and old with the history of the château, the kings Louis 14, 15 and 16 and the queens. However, as it was very crowded, we had to move quickly through some of the rooms.
