No queues, you go directly to the ticket machine and from the phone you print tickets that work on vaporettos and buses. Fast, convenient and affordable: just take more than 1 vaporetto a day and the expense is amortized.

We loved the flexibility of being able to use the water bus whenever we liked. What we didn't like, however, was how rude some of the staff on the water buses were. They pushed us out of the way more than once and even caused bruises on another young lady near us.

You could informe me about regata (1.9.24), because vaporetos were not operating. I could not transfer my elderly housband from San Marco to Trochetto on time.

Seamless activation

Firstly, print your confirmation voucher that you will recieve right after your purchase is approved. The voucher comes with a unique PNR code, which must be displayed when requested.
You can collect your pass by with the PNR code at any of the ACTV automatic ticket machines or at one of the Points of Sale and Collection spots.
The pass is valid for the number of days you selected and starts from the moment they are validated.
You can use your pass anytime within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Know before you go

Additional information

Included in the price of the ticket is the transport of 1 luggage piece, the three dimensions of which must not exceed the sum of 150cm.
Be prepared for some delays, especially during busy peak hours and high seasons.

How to Use Your Tickets

You will receive an ACTV Public Transport Services Voucher via email. Exchange this at the Venezia Unica ticket office at Piazzale Roma and redeem a paper ticket with your voucher. You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.
