The guide who was supposed to conduct the tour did not show up and had to be replaced by a substitute, who was not at fault, but we started the tour late with the rush that goes with it. The sound was choppy for all of us and it was difficult to follow the explanations.

The tour was well organized, the booking was easy & everything worked out as planned. With Milka we had a competent & cordial guide who gave us an understanding of the history of the Coloseum, the Palatine Hill & the Roman Forum for over 3 hours! It would be worth considering whether this tour is suitable for children under 12!

The guide was a local Italian had lots of knowledge and gave us choices to see what we wanted to see on our trip. Gave us time to take pictures as well. The only bad part was that at the meeting time, the guide did not come and all of us travelers got worried lol. But I guess that's how Italians are so 👍

It was well organized from Headout, really worths the prize. Otherwise it would have been impossible to get in to the Colosseum, the crowd was so caotic you could have hardly find even the way for tickets. The tour guide was fantastic: I was several time in the Colosseum but she gave me details I have never heard before.
