Great quick service at the airport and received the device with no hassles

The Airport staff is friendly, trying to solve problems for sure. The device could not get work for quite a while and the staff had to change few boxes before finding one match between an inserting SIM card and the WiFi box. We asked for battery time and the staff gave us an extra battery. But both battery ran out within 5 hours of continuous use since we were driving and 4 devices were sharing this Wi-Fi on thw road. The decide comparing to others we rented before looks very compact and used a quite small battery. Despite recharging, the battery time is of questions. We ae still using it but we have to hook it up with car's charging port all the time while driving and use our portable battery pack to sustain it while we walk around. The Wi-FI itself looks OK but from time to time it might be weak against virus attacks so that we have to power off and on again to make it work.

Abiding by local regulations, WiFi devices necessitate obligatory in-person KYC verification.
The customer must present their original passport and UAE Visa copy. WiFi device can only be issued to a person 18 years of age and above.
Only 1 WiFi device can be activated using 1 passport.

How to Get Your WiFi Device?

The WiFi device can only be delivered and activated in-store.
Obtain your WiFi device from kitmytrip shops located in the arrivals area at Dubai International Airport Terminal 1 & 3, outside of the customs exit.
The sim card can be collected from kitmytrip store on T3.
During WiFi device activation, present the original Passport and UAE Visa copy.
Activation requires the presence of a passport holder.
