Very good visit, the guides accompanied us to the entrance of the château, then we were completely free to visit the interior and gardens.

Lucy "our guide" was awesome. She speaks languages clearly, she is patient and has excellent orientation skills. The trip was super organized, buses are clean and we were informed of every step in advance. I was a few minutes late to arrival to the meeting point, so when I called the Headout customer care line they were super attentive and they connected me to Lucy in no time. I give this trip 5 starts

Ticketing experience was fine. No issues. What I had a problem with was some minor organizational issues. We are told to be 15 minutes early. We waited for 2 people for 10 minutes past the tour departure time. Why bother being early? Someone asked if we were able to leave items on the bus, we were told that the bus was going to be making other trips while we were in Versailles, so "probably not a good idea". The answer should have been "no." Versailles is an amazing place, and it was wonderful to see it and learn about it's very interesting past.
