The advantage of your application was the easy access via QRCode. However, access on site was complicated because I had to send the tickets to an address provided by the entrance staff. I had a network problem, so they gave me the Wifi code. I think it's a shame to have electronic tickets with QRCode and have to print the tickets to get in. For the rest, the visit was very good and instructive, we really liked the place. Thank you very much. Sincerely

The Abbey was as fantastic as I anticipated and going though your ticket outlet was seamless. It allowed us to get in quicker than most and for a fair price.

Easy online reservation. Only note: it said on the reservation that you had to print tickets; staying in the hotel, we had to ask the front office kindly to print tickets. Actually for the entrance it was enough to show the qr codes from the reservation. Otherwise everything was fine.

Good experience. The only thing is that in the confirmation email it says that you must bring the printed tickets, and when you get there it is not so. You can enter with your cell phone. It creates a bit of confusion.
